I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.  I sure did as my ever increasing waistline will show.  I will have to figure out how to deal with the extra pounds especially in light of the ever increasing amounts of food that are coming during the holiday season. 

The highlight from my Thanksgiving dinner was the popovers that I cooked.  Very tasty and easy to make.

Onto to the topic of this blog, I also found a continuing education video from the University of Winnipeg.  The best part of it was that their classes include wine tasting.  I could have definitely used that class a few years back.  It would have helped me deal with this pompous friend of my wife.
