Break from Continuing Education -- Teaching of Evolution in the US
As I continue my break from continuing education to explore things that interest me, I can across this map of which states teach evolution and how well they do teach it. I was actually surprised that Utah was satisfactory while Illinois was an embarrassment. Very scary if for the future of our scientists.
On a side note, most of our presidential elections are chosen by who wins 2 out of these three states (Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida). And the sad thing is that Ohio and Florida do a terrible job on the teaching of evolution which does bode well for the future of our country.

Would you please tell me where you got that graph from? Seems to be Scientific American, but I cannot find the article. Your help will be appreciated. Thanks.
