Site Review: ZingLister -- What do they do?

I came across a site named zinglister (www.zinglister.com).  You can not tell from its name what it does so it intrigued me.  The website was a simple a landing page trying to sell seo services for resumes.  I did not really understand so I spent a little time on it.

They market themselves as follows:

Search Engine Optimize Your Resume

Getting your resume to the right people can be tough. Zinglister will bring your resume to the right people.

Every day thousands of searches are done on Google and Yahoo for resumes. Companies are looking to hire the right people, right now. Give yourself maximum exposure to potential employers. When your resume is optimized in the search engines the companies will start emailing and calling you.

I am curious on how successful these guys are.  I am not aware that there is a huge demand by recruiters to find applicants through a search engine like Google.  If anything, people were leery if someone put there resume out for the whole world to see.  The perception is that only desperate people will let the whole world know that they are looking for a job.  The real valuable candidates are the stars who tend to be currently employed and it is hard to believe that someone who is currently employed would do this.

As a result, I think that their services are targeted to people who are currently unemployed or college students.

My conclusion:  I do not see the value in their services so I will have to give them a thumbs down on their services for jobseekers.
