As time moves on, we all have become critical of our bosses.  I have even seen websites in which they encourage you to trash your employers and bosses like www.jobvent.com and www.totalbosshole.com.  

In reality, people try to do their best to achieve goals and drive results.  These efforts are what drive our economy and provide employment for the great many people in our society.  So instead of trashing a few crazy things that our bosses may do from time to time, we should think about all the good that they do.
