What I was hoping for was some ideas and thoughts on how the recruiting business was evolving.  For example, I remember when Joel threw out the idea that one job board would pay a company for their exclusive job postings as a way to control content.  While this has not developed yet, it was thought provoking.  As i recall, everyone in the industry read and talked bout the Cheezhead blog.  For me, the search continues......
