I was at a meeting last week and a company posted their Five Principles of Success which they wanted all of their employees to strive towards.  They are:

• Get Things Done
• Complete Professionalism
• Hypothesize – Execute – Verify – Incorporate
• Maximize Customer Satisfaction
• Speed! Speed! Speed!

I felt that these principles bring focus to what employees should strive for.  My only criticism is that customer satisfaction should be higher.
