Get Things Done -- Five Principles of Success

As follow up to my previous description of the Five Principles of Success, I thought that I would go more in depth in flushing out what each principle means:

Get Things Done (Best Effort Basis)

There are two types of Employees

1.  Those who have the tenacity and resourcefulness to find solutions to accomplish goals
2.  Those who operate within the context of the "status quo"

Instead of finding reasons around why something cannot be done or must remain the same, focus on how the goal may be accomplished in new, creative ways.

You should try to be Employee Number 1 instead of Employee 2 if you want to drive value for your business.
